Policies & Procedures

Hosts: Manfred and Carol
Check In: 4 PM. Check Out: 11 AM. (except by alternate arrangement)
Smoking: Not permitted in the house.
Pets: Not permitted
Reservations: Credit card
Cancellation: Full refund (except $25 admin. fee) if cancelled more than 31 days before arrival date.
If 15-31 days prior to arrival, 25% of full booking is charged.
If less than 15 days prior to arrival, no refund.
Payment: 50% deposit charged at time of booking to confirm reservation. Balance including applicable taxes is processed 15 days prior to arrival date.
Additional persons: Additional persons’ charge is $50 per night.
Baby Items: Stroller, high chair, Pack ‘n Play, baby bath are available on request at extra charge.
